Order Terms

These terms explain how cake enquiries and orders are handled by Two Sisters Home Bakery. Please read them before sending an order request.

Order requests and confirmation

Submitting the website form sends a request only. It does not reserve a date or create a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only when the bakery accepts the requested design, date, size, price, pickup or delivery arrangement, and any other important details directly with you.

Prices and payment

Prices shown as "on request" are estimates only. The final price depends on size, flavour, design, ingredients, decoration, timing and delivery requirements. This website does not collect online payments. Any payment method, advance amount and due date will be agreed directly when the bakery confirms the order.

Changes and cancellations

Contact the bakery as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a request. Before confirmation, either side may decline the request. After confirmation, the change, cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions agreed in the confirmation conversation will apply, subject to applicable consumer law.

Custom designs

Reference images are used as inspiration. Handmade cakes may have reasonable differences in colours, placement, decoration and finish. Ingredient availability may also require an agreed substitute.

Allergies and dietary requests

You must clearly disclose allergies and dietary requirements before the order is confirmed. A home bakery may handle common allergens including milk, wheat, eggs, nuts, peanuts and soy. Unless the bakery explicitly confirms otherwise in writing, products cannot be guaranteed free from traces of allergens.

Pickup, delivery and storage

Pickup or delivery timing, address and any delivery charge will be confirmed directly. Please check the cake at handover and follow the bakery's storage and serving guidance. Once handed over, the customer is responsible for safe transport, storage and handling.

Please provide accurate contact and order details and only upload images you are entitled to share. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
